2 Corinthians 5-9
We cannot SEE God, but we have FAITH that He is there.
:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
When we become a Child of God, we will become a NEW person. We will not be that OLD person that we were before.
6:14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?
Whether we are getting married or getting a business partner. Whatever we are doing in our lives, we are to not be "unequally yoked with unbelievers".
9:6 But this I say, He which soweth sparingly shall reap also sparingly; and he which soweth bountifully shall reap also bountifully.
:7 Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.
:8 And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:
These verses are about giving for the needs of others. If we give from our heart, God will bless us.
Tomorrow's chapters will be Isaiah 45-50.
