FOR TODAY... April 13, 2010

Outside my window... It's still dark out there.

I am thinking... how tired I am, right now.

I am thankful for... my Mother.

I am wearing... Denim Skirt and Arkansas Hogs T-Shirt

I am remembering... when I was in High School/Home School, and had to take those State Tests, every year.

I am going... to take Lane to take his State Test, this morning. Then, take Jacob to get new shoes. Then meet Mom and get the other two boys from her and go eat Pizza with friends whose kids had to take the test, too.

I am (still) currently reading... Essentials for Life (I'm suppose to be reviewing it).

From the learning rooms... The boys did their first Science Project, yesterday. The Solar System out of Balloons.

I am hoping... to get my blog back on track. I've been so busy, lately, that I haven't had much time for it.

Pondering these words... James 1:27 "Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world."

I am hearing... the oldest two boys getting ready to go.

From the kitchen... I'm starting to run low on my freezer meals. I need to get some more cooked up soon.

Around the house... Lots to do.

One of my favorite things... Caramel Macchiato with shots of Vanilla, from Starbucks.

A few plans for the rest of the week: We're hoping to leave on Thursday evening and go see my Brother's house and spend the night with my Cousin. Then the plan is to get up the next morning and go see Anthony's Brother for the weekend. We haven't been to see them in 4 1/2 years. We've seen them in that time frame, just not been to their house. The boys are so excited. They can't wait to go see their 3 boy cousins!

Here is picture for thought I am sharing... I did it! Seven straight days of wearing just skirts and dresses! Granted, I had to wear the same outfit twice, but a girl only has so mant clothes! LOL I found I could do most things in a skirt. These were taken March 30th - April 5th. Since that time, I've worn jeans one day. This last Saturday, we went to a Weiner Roast and Hay Ride. I didn't want to wear a skirt for that. I could've, I just didn't want to. LOL
