Books

The boys and I went to the local library, Friday, for the book sale. I came away with some great books. And they all cost just $0.50 and $1.00 each.

We found all but 3 of the Grandma's Attic Series, Life Management for Busy Women, The Odyssey of Homer,Bestloved Folktales of the World, The Purpose Driven Life, Simple Abundance: A Daybook of Comfort and Joy,
2 Fairytale Books, The Pooh Story Book, Shakespeare for Young Players, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland, Great Composers, The Arabian Nights,
and 2 Golden Books (My First Book of Planets and Tootle).
Like I said, we found all but 3 of this series. Maybe we'll find the other 3 some other time.
This one looked interesting, and for only $0.50, why not.
Lane's been wanting to read this on. Did you know that this book has been a best seller for 3000 years? Awesome!
We thought it would be fun to read folktales from all over the world.
The Daybook is filled with daily readings for an entire year. And I've been wanting to read The Purpose Driven Life for a while now. I've heard it's a good book, and it was only $1.00.
The boys love fairytales.
I let the boys watch the new Alice in Wonderland, and they wanted to read the book.
 Landon loves Winnie-the-Pooh stories.
The boys are about to read a Shakespeare Play for their schoolwork, and I thought it would be nice to have this book. I never studied Shakespeare and always wanted to, so I'll enjoy reading it with them.
The boys are also studying Composers with their schoolwork, so I thought this
would be an excellent addition to our library.
This seemed to be a good deal, so I got it just for because.
