Romans 9-12

For my previous thoughts to these chapters, go here.

Romans 9:20 Nay but, O man, who art thou that repliest against God? Shall the thing formed say to him that formed it, Why hast thou made me thus?
:21 Hath not the potter power over the clay, of the same lump to make one vessel unto honour, and another unto dishonour?
Who are we to question God? He made us, not the other way around. He is so powerful, He can do anything to us, that He wants.

12:19 Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.
This is one of the hardest things to teach a child. But, it's also very difficult for and adult to remember that God will take care of us, when we are wronged. It is not up to us to repay those who have done things to us.

The next chapters are Ezekiel 31-36.
