Proverbs 3&4
Proverb 3:11 My son, despise not the chastening of the LORD; neither be weary of his correction:
:12 For whom the LORD loveth he correcteth; even as a father the son in whom he delighteth.
We need to be glad when God is correcting us. It means He loves us!
4:14 Enter not into the path of the wicked, and go not in the way of evil men.
:15 Avoid it, pass not by it, turn from it, and pass away.
Stay away from evil. Don't even go near it!
The next chapters are 1 Chronicles 20-24.
