Noah Estes is a little 4yo boy, that has pulled at my heartstrings over the last year. Noah is one of (I think) 8 children.
You can read Noah's story of his first couple of years here. Noah has a disease called complex 1 mitochondrial encephalomyopathy. You can read about Mito here. There is no treatment for this disease. There is no cure.

They also have some things they sell here to help pay for some things for Noah. They have to travel back and forth to doctor quite a bit, and that's rough on a sick 4yo.
