Fall Cleaning Day 7

Check out Ms Candice's progress over at Sonbeam!

So Day 7 is down the tube. After no sleep last night, I'm so tired, I can't see straight.

The boys finished the laundry for me. I got the loads in the washer, Lane swapped them out to the dryer, and out of the dryer, and all three boys folded and put them away.

Lane also emptied the dishwasher. Blake took care of the trashbags in the little trash cans. Jacob cleaned up the breakfast table. They even got some Math, Grammer, and Copywork done. Even Blake got his Math and workbooks done.

Landon has been wandering around in a daze. He really didn't sleep well, last night. It will be naptime, soon! Yay!

I have NO CLUE what to fix for supper. My brain is too fuzzy to think straight. I'm suppose to go to my Sister's tonight, but I don't see that happening.

Well, that's my day. How was yours?

Fall Cleaning ~ Day6 ~ Progress

What's Sonbeam's progress? Check here!

Well, I spoke too soon, earlier. Landon got up from his nap and has felt worse and worse. He mainly just wanted to sit with Momma. So, work kinda got put on hold. Some stuff got done, but I decided that sick baby comes first.

So, here's what we DID accomplish:
 * Kitchen ~
     1) Dishes in dishwasher
     2) Sinks are shiny
     3) Stove was cleaned

* Bathroom ~
     Lane wipes down the potty every day, as part of his daily chores, but, once a week, I go in there and give it a good cleaning. I got that done. But, that was when Landon woke up, so that was all that got done in there.
* Living Room ~
     The oldest two did some stuff in here, while the youngest two were napping. Yes, my 6 yo takes a nap. Occasionally. Especially on Wednesday. I want him awake during church, that night. Anyway, back to the cleaning.... The boys were able to finish their schoolwork and do the following:
     1) Book shelf cleaned out
     2) End table cleaned off
     3) Laundry folded as it came out of the dryer

Since I ended up having to quit and take care of Landon, I didn't get the floors swept, or find stuff for my Sister's yard sale. (Which is fine, if I don't get to that, since I'm planning to have my own...eventually.)

Landon is coughing and has a bit of fever and a runny nose. He still isn't asleep, either. I think he can't breathe so good. :( Poor Baby!

Since Landon is sick, I won't be gone to my Sister's, tomorrow, as planned. Maybe I'll go in the evening, after Anthony gets home, but that will depend if April feels up to it. I'm suppose to be helping her get some of her yard sale stuff together. But, since I'll be home, now, maybe I can finish today's list and get some more done in the living room. Here's hoping!

Fall Cleaning ~ Day 6

Day 6!

I'm determined to do more, today! Landon has a low grade fever and a runny nose. Makes for a cranky kid, but he's been easy to keep occupied, and now it's naptime.

My goals for the day (I need it written down, or I forget what I wanted done):

* Kitchen ~
     1) Dishes
     2) Shine my sink
     3) Clean the stove
     4) Clear off the counters
     5) Sweep the floor

* Bathroom ~
     1) Toilet
     2) Tub
     3) Sink
     4) Sweep the floor

* Living Room ~
     1) Sweep the floor
     2) Fold the laundry as it gets done
     3) Clean out the book shelf
     4) Clean off the end table

While I'm getting all this done, I need to see if there is anything I want to put in my Sister's yard sale, this weekend.

I'll update, tonight, about my progress.

Fall Cleaning ~ Day 5

Day 5 was more of a rest day. After going with Nicole to take Seth to the ER, the night before, and not getting in till 3 am, I was too tired to get any real work done.
So, we did a few little things. Dishes, a load of laundry, clean up toys, etc...

I'm hoping Day 6 will go better.

Fall Cleaning ~ Day 4

Go check out the progress at Sonbeams!

So, Day 4!

Today, was wash the sheets day! lol
We had washed our sheets, Saturday, but Landon had got in our bed, Sunday Night, and wet it. *sigh*
So, the sheets came off of all three beds. Plus, I did a load of towels.

I need to sit down and redo our Daily Schedule. It has really fallen apart over the last several weeks. Hopefully I will have the brain to do that this week.

Fall Cleaning ~ Day 3

Jump over to Sonbeams to check out the progress being made over there.

Well, Day 3 was suppose to be an all day family affair.... Yeah, THAT didn't work out so well. Hubby had to go help a guy with his air this morning, then he came home and did some yard work. (That needed done, I just hadn't planned on for today. :/ Oh well, it's done, though.)

Acomplished:

 1) Boys cleaned everything out of their closet.
 2) All toys left the living room.
 3) I worked in the kitchen, while they did all that.
 4) Anthony has promised to get his clothing taken care of today, for me. (He still has time. Right?)
 5) More spur of the moment errands. Went with Nicole to a couple of places, then went to the library and Wal-Mart. (Potluck tomorrow)
 6) Hubby washed our sheets for me, while I was gone. :D
 7) Brother-in-Law was suppose to come finish the second coat of mud on in the schoolroom, but began to feel bad, and stayed home.
 8) Washed 2 loads of towels, 2 loads of jeans, and a load of clothes (the boys folded and put up all said loads). Will the laundry ever end???!!!
 9) Found shirts for everyone for our picture session!
 10) Cleaned the window in the Boys' room.

We had planned to get more done, but, we did quite a bit.

What did you get done today?

Fall Cleaning ~ Day 2

See what Ms Candice has accomplished at Sonbeams.

Day 2 was also full of errands. Maybe those are done for a while? LOL

Still working in the Boys' Bedroom.

 1) Got the Summer Clothes washed and folded.
 2) Managed to score a few pants for Blake and Jacob, at a yard sale, so I'm counting that as part of the Bedroom work! lol
 3) Cleaned out from under the beds. How is it, that that is an everyday job?
 4) Went back through the room, and cleaned up the toys, again.

Hopefully Day 3 will see lots of progress.

How did you do?

Fall Cleaning ~ Day 1

Check out Sonbeams as we clean.

Okay, for Day 1, of my Fall cleaning, we worked on the Boys' Room.

Our accomplishments? Not as much as I would have liked, but a couple. We had a park day planned, already, with April and Nicole, so we had to work around that.

 1) All the boys' Winter Clothes are out. I now have to go through them and see what still needs to be bought (if anything).
 2) The toys were put up (in their temporary home).

So, what did you get done?
