Lamentations
Lamentations 5:22 But thou hast utterly rejected us; thou art very wroth against us.
The entire book of Lamentations is so sad. Just reading it made me cringe for the Children of Israel. Why wouldn't they obey God? He told them these things would happen if they didn't. Why didn't they listen? Yet, aren't we the same way? God tells us so many things, yet there are times that we refuse to listen. Do we want these words from 5:22 to be what we are saying? We need to get up of our selfish rears and do God's bidding in all things! Not just what we want to do.
The next chapters are Psalms 67-71.
